When you look at the Hermit card, you can almost feel the deep wisdom it carries from it's journey of walking alone on a path of self-study. The Hermit calls us to be the bearers of our own light, to turn inward for what we seek - be it answers, clarity, love. There is both something beautiful and scary that comes when we chose ourselves. We have clearer boundaries, feel connected to our purpose, and have a strong sense of who we are. But, we also have to face the darker narratives, fears, and experiences that shape our reality and often need tending. In darkness, we can gestate. That is the Hermit. An archetype of true inward reflection with the intention of deep growth, renewal and positive change.
